Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I know it has been a while since I've posted an update, and I apologize. Things have been quite hectic between Sankyo and finishing up university. Here's the latest buzz:
I have been doing 2-3 week batching of your orders, per request of Sankyo. it is easier for them to process, and easier for them to manage. Sorry if this causes an inconvinience.
Also, news from Sankyo: We are in the process of trying to create a near-replica of the box (like I said with the ones I've made, I can't do the EXACT replica, but one damn close to it). Cost is looking somewhere around 80-100 USD. HERE IS THE KEY FACTOR: WE MUST PURCHASE A MINIMUM OF 50 PIECES IN ORDER TO GET THIS PRICE!!!!!!!! I would not be able to do purchases less than that, because the price spikes to 300 USD per piece. Another key note: This is the price WITHOUT THE MECHANISM INSTALLED. I need to get a price from him on how much it would cost to have the mechanism installed. I am also considering seeing if I can sell the basic boxes through my site for Sankyo, for those who want just a basic box and mechanism. I believe by doing that, I would not have to place 50 piece orders.
So, the big factor is that In order for us to get the replicas, we would have to order at the very least 50 pieces. Post if you're interested.
Also: Answering a few general questions:
No, I don't keep mechanisms in stock here, sorry. Each mechanism is made by hand per order.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
For those of you who are international members (Non-US) and are considering buying merchandise, specifically t-shirts, from the "Lilium Project", PLEASE read the forum post entitled "T-Shirt International Shipping" and reply with your suggestions.
On that note, T-shirts should be finished and on sale by the end of this week! I will keep you posted when they arrive.
Thank you!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to bring one thing to your attention about these mechanisms. As most of you are well aware, I am selling these for Sankyo directly, and they manufacture and ship each piece. We are still in the beginning phases and still working out all the bugs in the system, so the first couple of orders aren't going to be the quickest. We understand this, and are doing our best to get these mechanisms to you as quickly as possible. Tezuka will be processing the rest of order 2, as well as the remaining orders this upcoming week. For those of you who have just placed orders, it will take roughly 3 weeks to manufacture/ship.
This being said, if you want to cancel your order, PLEASE E-MAIL ME FIRST!!! DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER THROUGH YOUR BANK/PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD!! First, it gives me ABSOLUTELY no warning, which means I can't cancel your order with Sankyo, and the last thing that I want to happen is for someone to scam me for a mechanism, because Sankyo will lose their trust in this group, and will stop manufacturing the mechanisms. In the end, we all lose out. Secondly, I can do a refund from my end, which gives me some good forewarning. Also, I make practically ZERO profit on this, so if Sankyo has already charged my account for your order, I might not be able to get it back, which means you are putting me in debt that I shouldn't have to take up. I have been trying my best and my hardest to get these things made as quickly as possible, and shipped as fast as possible. Please, be a little patient. If you have a problem, CONTACT ME. I try my best to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I am trying as hard as I can for this group, these first few steps are tough but it will all smooth out as Sankyo gets used to this type of business. They deal with dealers/stores directly, who usually do bulk orders sent to one place. This group is a new type of thing for them, and they are not used to doing small individual orders in high frequency. Tezuka is doing the best he can.
I thank you for all of your cooperation and for being part of the project...I know we all want to bring Lilium to life as we have done...

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I just finished putting the red velvet into the prototype box, now I am just waiting to find someone to make me my brass plates. So, I'm 95% finished ![]()
On the merchandising note, I found someone close-by to make me my t-shirts! I will be making them in two different styles, Male-cut (standard t-shirt style) and female-cut (form-fit cut, shorter sleeves than a regular t-shirt). They will be on a black tee. I will post pictures in the store when I have one. Look to the next few weeks for them to be made!! The same shop who will make me the t-shirts can also do other merch like coffee mugs, hats, pint glasses, key-chains, etc, etc. Let me know (in this update) if you would be interested in items like those, and I will do my best to add them to the store!
Hopefully Tezuka will be back this weekend, and will commence with sending out more orders starting on Monday. I will keep you up to date with his happenings.
I will have a YouTube video of the prototype box (and therefore mechanism) made within the week. The box is a bit quiet, as I didn't screw down the mechanism fully...I figured I'd let you know now.
That's all for now, I hope those of you with their mechanisms are enjoying their beautiful tune!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to direct your attention to my "The Music Box" page for an update on the prototype! I am about 90% complete with the prototype. I just need my velvet (on order) and my plates, which I have to get customized. Take a look, let me know what you think. Yes, there is a mechanism inside of that one.
Also, added a "FAQ" page, to help alleviate some questions people have.
I am working out pricing for t-shirts as we speak, and I hope to get them done within the next 2, 2 1/2 weeks. I hope your'e all interested!
That's all for now!
If you have any questions, let me know! ![]()

I just got invoices for 8 of the shipments from order #2, and the rest of them will be processed FEB 15. All following orders will process after or on that day as well. I apologize for the delay, but I can't help how fast Sankyo processes the mechanisms. I know I will catch some flack from people for it but I am trying my hardest to push them. Tezuka has to personally fill out every single form for each person and package them for shipping, and his computer and e-mail system just crashed so I'm trying to help him recover the orders I've sent in.
I hope you will bear with me in this small delay, and I am sorry for those of you who wanted to get it by a certain time, I promise you I have been trying my hardest to get Sankyo to process and ship them as quickly as possible.
Thank you all for understanding, and once again I am truly sorry for these stupid delays ![]()

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have just received my mechanisms, and all I have to say is they are amazing! They are a lot better than the audio sample given to us! They sound incredible. I know a few others have received them as well.
Just a quick note: They will be quite when just holding them. My suggestion to make them louder: Turn the key, then take it off, then put it on the edge of a table, book, anything solid, and they will resonate and make a louder sound! If someone could make me a high-definition audio recording of a mechanism, I would appreciate it. i will replace the one on the main page!
Quick box update: Things are going slowwwwlly. I have been feeling some flak about making the replica, especially regarding the copy-right. Because of this, I will be engraving ONLY the top of the box, and leaving the sides as-is. I just finished a new top (to have the hollow inside), and now that I have the mechanism I can work on the stopper device, hinging, and assembling the box. I also need to order velvet, and design an inside enclosure. I have found a few people who can do the engraving for the plate on the inside and outside, I just need to get pricing from them. Sorry it's taken so long, however, I've had to work out a lot of the major kinks to this. My prototype isn't going to be beautiful, but it will be a representation on what I could accomplish. I will take the knowledge learned from it and apply it to making a final build.
Once again, if you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me! Second batch SHOULD ship this week, and any individuals after that will proceed probably next week.
Just a note on shipping: Mine shipped on the 22nd, and I received them today. That includes a weekend shipping, i.e., they come REALLY quick! Faster than something shipped from CA to me in RI, haha.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have just completed my first revision of the "Lilium Project" official logo, aptly named "The Diclonius Cog" ! The link to it is here: Logo Link!
Under the "Photos" tab, you will find a wallpaper/logo section, where you will be able to download different wallpapers for phones and different resolution monitors, as well as random little stuff thrown in between.
It took a while for me to decide what I wanted the logo to look like,as I wanted to combine my element of the mechanism and cog with the Elfen Lied element. So, thus was born the Diclonius Cog. As seen, it is a cog from a mechanical mechanism which has been genetically altered to have Diclonius horns :).
That image is what would be on any merchandise that is created. T-shirts will have this logo imprinted on a black t-shirt. There could be more to the shirts, but I haven't gotten pricing for it yet!
Shoot me back with some feedback about this! I hope everyone enjoys and approves! ![]()

Hello Everyone,
Happy Holidays to everyone and a great New Year!
I have been winding down from the onslaught of the holiday season, and will be turning the heat back on in respect to making the prototype box. Tonight, hopefully, I should be engraving the sides of the box, and starting some of the assembling. I still have to place an order for the red velvet for the inside, a miter tool for making the hollow in the inside of the top, and the gold plates (of course I won't forget those :D). I also have to get the stain, but that's no biggy.
For those of you who have recently placed an order, I will be getting those to Sankyo by the end of the week. You will receive an invoice in your e-mail from your order once it is placed with Sankyo.
I have someone working on the design for t-shirts and merch, I'll keep you up to date with the happenings of that.
I hope to have a prototype box completely finished soon. The biggest thing I'm waiting for is my mechanism ;). I hope to be able to present to you a complete replica after the 18th of January!
