First of all my apologies for being inactive for so long. Had a lot to do for school.

I would like to know how the realization will be for shipping to Europe.

Will there be a main man in Europe who it will be shipped to and than redistribute?

Will it come directley from Sankyo?

Will it come directley from Stromnova?

Which will it be and what would be the costs?

i'm from europe too, so this concerns me too..

I already posted somewere that i'd like to knwo more details, like, if i put my preorder how will i know if i do get the mechanism..is it trough paypal personal information like adress and that stuff?

currently i have no paypal account, so i need to know what kind of payment methods i have, and if necessary, set up a new paypal account..

also, how long will the preorder period last?

is it possible to speak to someone in a more faster way, like IM? i want to buy the mechanism, i just want things to be clear.

A post in the forum explaining these kind of stuff would be nice, i believe this info is already in the forum, but its too spread, a topic should be better.

as far as i understood the whole thing the stuff will be shipped directly from japan WITHOUT (?) invoice but i very much assume with the proper value declared on the parcel. so depending on the VAT rate of your country and IF customs opens the package you will have to pay VAT (15%(Luxemburg)-25%(Sweden)) postal carrier service fee (0-10 EUR) and customs (30%max, whereas i think the TARIC code is 9504909000 which means 0% customs).

However there is a general EU rule that shipments for private people below 22EUR (ex. shipping) are extempt from customs. this however does not apply  to sweden (knowing there are some swedish folks here). on the other hand i only had packages with high value being progressed by swedish customs. they seem to be quite liberal.

IF it is possible  to get an invoice for the mechanisms (from whoever is sending them to me from japan/US) i could redirect  the mechanisms to you for 16 EUR max including shipping and 25% swedish VAT (yes we have 25% here...). and with proper invoice of course.

i would not intend to make money with that so if any exessive money would come in it would be donated for a custom box design, etc.

Thank you for wanting to become the invoice, but lets wait what Stromnova has to comment on it.

Also tnx for explaining the redistibuting and stuff, coz i am unknown with that.

Hi Everyone:  You don't need paypal to pay, just a credit card or something similar that bears a CC logo (visa, master, amex, discover).  The pre-order period lasts until I have 50 done.  After that, Sankyo will take single piece orders, or so I am told.  It is possible to speak to me through AIM, my SN is StromNovaLilium! 

Everything is being shipped from Japan, as it would be easier, cheaper and faster for everyone in the long run.  If I were to have them shipped to me, I would have to send them via USPS which is the cheapest route, but it takes longer to get to you.  That means, after they are produced, it would take over 2 weeks to arrive to you, if they were shipped to me first.  Using UPS, it would cost, for 1 item, $76 USD (I talked to a representative) for me to ship from the US to Germany, just for an example.  There should be an invoice involved on a per-order basis.  I will double check with Tezuka from Sankyo regarding the invoice.  I beleive they will make sure the parcel has the proper information required from import/export and customs.  Since there is no clear amount for VATS and customs, it's hard to give an exact amount that will have to be paid.  Most countries should let this slide by, as it is such a minimal amount.  Other countries, like Brazil, are notorious for being horrendous with customs, so watch out.

hm could someone telling me what´s the exactly shipping cost for 1 mechanism to germany?

i am thinking about to buy one in future but at first when i  know the shipping costs :/

Mynx: Der Mechanismus und Warenausgang sind zusammen 44 USD für ein Mechanismus.  Hoffentlich hat das Ihnen geholfen!  Ich weiß nicht genau wie viele Euro das ist, es hängt an dem Wechselkurs ab.

Hey kann mir einer Helfen, habe vor 6 Wochen den Mechanismus bestellt und sofort über Paypal bezahlt, mir wurde zugesichert das es in 4-5 Wochen anokommen soll, leider kam es bis heute nocht nicht an, habe versucht den Projektleiter und den Paypal-Verkäufer angeschrieben, keiner gibt mir ne antwort und weiss auch net wann es kommt oder ob es kommt. Bitte melde dich StromNova.

MasterCG:  Ich kann dir helfen.  Ich hab dein E-mail bekommen, und ich hab Sankyo gefragt, wann der Mechanismus kommen soll.  Etwas ist so spät, weil er ein Computervirus hat, und alle Aufträge geht weg.  Auch macht er jede Paket selbst, und er hat vielen Aufträge von mir (ich schicke den Mechanismus nicht von Amerika ab, Sankyo schickt direkt ab).  Ich hab ins Updates entschudigt, dass alles so spät ist.  Es tut mir Leid, dass deine Paket spät ist :/!!!! Sankyo hat gesagt, dass hoffentlich 15 Februar bis end Februar alle Paket abschicken soll.  Es dauert nur, vielleicht 3-5 Tagen für den Warenausgang.  Wann ich dein Warenausgangblatt bekomme, schicke ich direkt und schnell zu dir.  Ich verspreche!
